Movement. Awareness. Discovery.
Ieva Vinet is an interdisciplinary artist, dancer, and Feldenkrais practitioner based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Her work sits at the intersection of somatic movement, body awareness, and nervous system regulation — offering a gentle, curiosity-led alternative to conventional approaches to back pain, neck tension, stress, and pelvic floor awareness. She holds a BA in Photography and Media Art from the Vilnius Academy of Arts (2023) and a dance teaching diploma from the Australian College of Sport and Fitness in Melbourne (2018). Since 2023, she has been training in the Feldenkrais Method® through a four-year international professional programme in Lisbon, Portugal. Her movement practice draws on the understanding that long-term wellbeing — true longevity — begins not in the gym, but in how well we learn to sense, organise, and inhabit our own bodies. Classes are available in Vilnius and online.
